Global Game Jam 2025 Entry // Early 2025

BLUBRUNNER is an endless runner game where you play as a bubble, dodging oncoming obstacles whilst replenishing your life by collecting bubble fluid bottles along the way.

This project was created as an entry for the Global Game Jam 2025 in Brisbane and it was a wild ride. I originally intended to partake in the event as a volunteer, but decided midway through the jam to create something and this was the result.

This was also my first ever game jam to date and learnt a lot across the board in game development as a result. Most notably feel proud about my scoping for the project, as I was able to create this project with only half the time.

Looking forward to participate again with a full team using the full 48 hours next year!
